How does pricing work?
Recurring home cleaning starts at $145, initial deep cleaning at $295, and move-in/out cleaning at $325. Property & real-estate cleaning starts at $295. Construction is priced by project; facility cleaning uses customized recurring plans. Final pricing depends on size, condition, scope and frequency.

What products do you use?
We select effective products with surfaces, people and pets in mind. Tell us about sensitivities, specialty finishes or product requirements when requesting your quote so we can discuss the right approach.
Do I need to provide supplies?
We confirm the products, equipment and any site-specific requirements as part of your cleaning plan. Let us know if your property or project requires particular products or procedures.
How do access and scheduling work?
We'll agree on access arrangements and the cleaning schedule before service begins. Let us know about alarms, parking, pets, site orientation or access restrictions.
Can I request a recurring schedule?
Yes. Home cleaning is available weekly, biweekly or monthly. Every new recurring relationship begins with an initial deep clean. Facility plans are built around your space and schedule.
Will I have the same cleaner or team?
Our commitment is a consistent L&L Standard. We'll discuss staffing and communication with you when setting up service; please tell us about any specific preferences.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Contact us as soon as your plans change. We'll confirm the scheduling terms for your service before work begins.
Can you review construction specifications?
Yes. Send the Project Manual, specifications, drawings, addenda and other bid documents through our construction intake, or share a link to the project files. We review applicable cleaning requirements when developing scope.
